- A high temperature
- A new, continuous cough
- A loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste

•We offer a mixture of face to face and telephone consultations. Please inform reception if you haver any symptoms of COVID-19 as a telephone consultation will be offered in this instance.
• When attending the surgery we would be very grateful if you could wear a face mask or covering. Your temperature will be taken on arrival.
- In order to avoid a busy waiting area, please DO NOT arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time.
