This service is currently available during practice opening hours (8am-6.30pm). e-consults should only be used for non-emergency medical requests. If your request is urgent and during opening hours please contact the surgery on 0151 424 6221. Alternatively, if the surgery is closed please contact 111.
To reduce demand on our telephone lines, please do not call the practice with regards to and e-consult unless your condition has worsened since submitting the request. The practice aims to respond to your e-consult within 72 hours of submission and this can via email, telephone or text.
