Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) includes representatives from a wide range of patients, administration staff and GP’s.
Our aims are to encourage a positive working relationship between the patients and the surgery staff, both medical and administrative.
We aim to be realistic about what we can achieve and to look for small changes that can make a real difference. We will work constructively and positively to help identify solutions and to work in partnership with the practice and other local organistations.
