This course has been commissioned by the Halton CCG and runs at Kingsway Health Centre and Hough Green surgery.
The session provides essential information for a patient with type 2 diabetes (new patients or patients that have had diabetes for a while) and it is run by a registered dietician.
All patients with diabetes should be offered structured education as they find this beneficial.
