Our patient participation group (PPG) includes representatives from a wide range of patients, administration staff and GP’s. Our aim is to encourage a positive a positive working relationship between the patients and surgery staff both medical and administrative.
We aim to be realistic about what we can achieve and to look to small changes that can make a difference. We will work constructively and positively to help identify solutions and to work in partnership with the practice and other local organisations.
